1. 数控立式车床是一种性能良好、工艺范围广泛、生产效率高的先进

3. 底座、工作台、床体、横梁等大件采用了强度高、耐磨性能好的灰口铸铁并处理，消除内应力，不变形。
4. 床体、横梁、滑枕等导轨面采用淬火、磨削、人工合研，接触面好，精度高。横梁带液压时效锁紧，吃刀量大，不发颤。
5. 机床进给采用交流伺服电机、滚珠丝杠传动，横梁配有不锈钢封闭护罩，增加了机床的安全性、宜人性。
6. 机床的主传动由交流电机驱动、经 4 级主轴变速机构，实现了工作台的转速范围。
7. 数控系统根据用户需要，可选用进口或国产配置。
8. 标准配置：方滑枕和五角刀台任选一种。选择配置：电动刀台、半封闭罩壳、冷却排屑装置和侧刀架。

5. The machine tool is driven by AC servo motor and ball screw, and the crossbeam is equipped with stainless steel cover, which increases the safety and amenity of the machine tool.
6. The main drive of the machine tool is driven by AC motor, and the speed range of the worktable is realized through the 16 stage spindle speed changing mechanism.
7. The CNC system can be imported or domestic configuration according to the needs of users.
8. Standard configuration: either square ram or five corner turret. Optional configuration: electric cutter table, semi enclosed cover, cooling chip removal device and four speed stepless speed regulation.
